Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure Rubrik's Corporate Enterprise IT technologies are designed and implemented to the highest security standards, partnering with stakeholders across the business to secure SaaS apps, integrations, identities, and access.

You will also secure endpoints, networks, IoT devices, and monitor for compliance with Enterprise Security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security with hands-on administration and design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity (Okta), Endpoint (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Secrets Management (Vault, Lastpass) and Business Applications (Salesforce, Glean, etc).
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications, integrations, and data access.
• Evaluate, develop, and manage security and compliance policies within IT management systems (JAMF, inTune).
• Harden applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes (CircleCI, Github workflows, Tines, Zapier).
• Draft security standards with Corp IT teams and implement monitoring, alerting, and governance.
• Review and approve application security reviews for Rubrik-using apps.
• Support SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and residual risks.
• Collaborate on remediation of critical vulnerabilities and IOC detection.
