Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Carolinas in a fully remote role. Based in North or South Carolina, you’ll develop growth strategies across multiple verticals, nurture enterprise end users and influencers, and negotiate and close deals with support from Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in tech or security.
• Proven solution selling capabilities.
• History of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading complex projects.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize.

• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across North and South Carolina, expanding relationships.
• Shape regional business plan and hit monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Manage key enterprise client relationships through clear communication.
• Identify industry influencers and connect clients with the right partners.
• Lead sales and product presentations with technical experts.
• Respond to RFIs/RFQs and support renewals and SLAs.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with product/marketing.
• Suggest strategic alliances and regional sales plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM and SAP records; provide demand forecasting.
