Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in complex solutions.
• Proven track record developing enterprise accounts and managing opportunities through full sales cycles.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise opportunities across Central and Northern Florida.
• Build trusted relationships with end users, consultants, and industry influencers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close with strategic account plans.
• Lead customer conversations and presentations with cross-functional Gallagher teams.
• Stay close to market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain territory visibility and pipeline via CRM, forecasting, and sales planning.
