Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our enterprise presence across Central and Northern Florida. This remote-based role concentrates on developing strategic accounts and building long-term customer relationships within key verticals.

You will work closely with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to tailor security solutions, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and maintain a robust pipeline while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling security technology or complex solutions is a plus.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business across Central and Northern Florida, identifying, developing, and converting opportunities within key vertical markets.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close, developing strategic account plans and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead customer conversations and solution presentations with cross-functional teams to develop tailored security solutions.
• Stay close to the market and keep across industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain visibility of territory and pipeline through accurate CRM, forecasting, and planning.
