Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow enterprise sales across the Carolinas. This fully remote role is based in North or South Carolina and focuses on opening new doors, building trusted relationships, and turning opportunities into lasting business value.

You will shape regional growth strategies, negotiate deals, and collaborate with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver tailored security solutions to enterprise end users.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Solution selling experience, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across North and South Carolina and grow key enterprise relationships.
• Shape regional business plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Present to end users with technical experts to design integrated solutions.
• Respond to RFIs/RFQs and support renewals, pricing, and SLAs.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with product management and marketing.
