Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Carolinas. This fully remote role is based in North or South Carolina, focusing on enterprise opportunities and building trusted relationships.

You will negotiate and close deals with cross-functional teams, shape regional plans, and lead strategic account activities while staying ahead of market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the technology or security industry.
• Solution selling experience, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Emotional intelligence and an outgoing, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Proven CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across the Carolinas and grow existing relationships in key verticals through prospecting and deal closing.
• Help shape the regional business plan and deliver on monthly and quarterly goals.
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients through clear communication and collaboration.
• Identify industry influencers and connect clients with the best solution partners.
• Lead sales and product presentations for end users with technical experts as needed.
• Respond promptly to RFIs/RFQs and support renewals and pricing discussions.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with product management and marketing.
• Maintain accurate CRM and SAP records and provide demand forecasting.
