Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow Gallagher Security’s enterprise presence across Central and Northern Florida. The role is remote-based, ideally based in the region, and focuses on opening new doors with end users, consultants, and influencers.

You will lead opportunities from initial engagement to close, coordinate with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists, and build lasting relationships while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling security or technology solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record in reaching sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business across Central and Northern Florida, identifying and converting opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, and influencers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close with strategic account plans.
• Lead customer conversations and solution presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Stay close to market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain territory visibility and pipeline through accurate CRM management and forecasting.
