Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a long-term security architect for enterprise customers within multiple industries, focusing on detection/response, identity governance, data protection, and network security.

You will engage CISOs and security leaders as a technical peer, guiding architecture reviews, security assessments, and PoCs to drive adoption of Security Hub, GuardDuty, IAM Identity Center, Macie, and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military.
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as long-term security architect for defined enterprise customers; guide architecture reviews and security assessments.
• Drive adoption of AWS Security Services across accounts, including Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, Detective, IAM Identity Center, Macie, Security Lake, Network Firewall, WAF.
• Collaborate with CISOs and security leaders as a technical peer to validate architectures and run PoCs.
• Help customers architect security for generative AI workloads and translate field feedback into product roadmap.
• Work with a two-person team with a Security Specialist Seller to own architecture and deal strategy.
