Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York is seeking a senior Security Solutions Architect to act as the long-term security architect for enterprise customers, designing solutions across detection and response, identity governance, data protection, and network security.

You will lead architecture reviews with CISOs, drive adoption of AWS Security Services, and guide generative AI security workloads while shaping the roadmap and producing reusable assets for scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
• Experience communicating with executives and clients.
• Experience in IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the long-term security architect for enterprise customers within one to two industry verticals.
• Lead architecture reviews, security assessments, and proof-of-concept guidance.
• Drive adoption of AWS Security Services across multiple motions and accounts.
• Engage CISOs and security leaders to build customer confidence and outcomes.
• Translate customer friction into structured product feedback shaping the roadmap.
