Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. You will tell the Elastic Search AI story and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.

You bring 5+ years of SaaS quota-bearing success in enterprise settings, a strong MEDDPICC background, and a proven ability to deliver executive-level demos and negotiate multi-year

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals in a consumption-based model.
• Proven MEDDPICC or equivalent framework usage.
• Ability to deliver exec-level presentations and demos tying product to ROI.
• Strong negotiation skills for multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Technical and cloud fluency across observability, security, and cloud pricing.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Open Source enthusiasm and OSS context familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Conduct deep discovery to focus deals with MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos.
• Maintain forecast accuracy in the CRM.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for multi-year commitments.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, CSM, Marketing, and RevOps.
