SimPL Freight Solutions LLC in Raleigh, NC, is hiring an entry-level enterprise sales trainee. You will research target companies, reach out to leaders in logistics, and book discovery meetings for the sales team in a phone-first role.

There is no script-reading; you’ll be trained to sound like a curious researcher while learning about the freight industry and a consultative selling approach for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Able to take feedback well and adapt behavior.
• Not easily rattled; handles rejection professionally.
• Genuine curiosity and asks questions more than answers.
• Can explain complex ideas in plain language.
• Disciplined and reliable in work habits.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or LinkedIn is a plus.
