Job summary

SimPL Freight Solutions is hiring for an outbound sales role based in Raleigh, NC. You’ll research target companies, reach logistics executives, and book discovery meetings for the sales team. This phone-first position focuses on building the pipeline and practicing consultative sales with senior leaders.

You’ll participate in a structured training program that pairs you with operations and sales leaders. Expect mentorship, hands-on skills development, and clear path to growth as you contribute

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
• You take feedback well, and change what you do with it
• You don’t rattle easily. Hearing "no" doesn’t ruin your day
• You’re genuinely curious, you ask more questions than you answer
• You can explain complicated things in plain language
• You have the discipline to show up and do the work consistently, without someone standing over you
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Research companies that fit our ideal customer profile
• Call the people who run logistics and supply chain at those companies
• Book discovery meetings for our sales team
• This is a phone-first role you'll spend most of your day on outbound calls
