Job summary

OnBase Group is hiring its founding SDR class to build a high-caliber outbound engine for essential and consumer service businesses in the United States. This role eschews vanity metrics for deep research, sharp points of view, and executive-level communication to generate qualified pipeline.

As part of a founding SDR cohort, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, AEs, and GTM Engineering to reach top enterprises with a professional standard in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Track record of high performance in sales, athletics, academics, or another competitive arena.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Obsessively curious about how businesses operate.
• Fast learner who takes direct feedback and applies it immediately.
• Executive presence and strong judgment on where to spend time.
• Willing to do whatever it takes to create pipeline.
• Team-first, full ownership mindset.
• Prior SDR/BDR experience helps — but raw ability, learning agility, and demonstrated excellence matter more.

Responsibilities

• Generate real enterprise pipeline with target accounts.
• Research accounts deeply — ownership, ops, leadership, tech stack, priorities.
• Build sharp, specific points of view on why we matter to each business.
• Become an expert on our product, market, and competitive landscape.
• Help build the outbound engine alongside Marketing, AEs, and GTM Engineering.
• Represent the company at a high standard in every interaction.
