BlueOptima, an engineering intelligence platform trusted by banks and enterprises, seeks a Sales Development Manager to lead outbound pipeline generation for the enterprise sales team. You will report directly to the CRO alongside the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, and Head of Channel Partnerships.

You will oversee qualification of meetings, coaching cadence, SLA with Marketing, and AI-driven process improvements, delivering weekly reports to the CRO with attainment indicators and actions.
