Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to introduce CWAN to prospects, initiate and set the tone for the sales cycle, and qualify new leads. You will educate prospective clients about our product value and help schedule meetings with key decision-makers and experts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in lead generation or sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive, high-energy mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a lead-generating role or sales.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Drive to achieve results through ownership, process optimization, and strong character.
A passion for learning and a high-energy, team-first mentality.
Ability to engage in meaningful conversations at all levels of management.
Excellent relationship-building skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

Create outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
Research targeted personas within Enterprise Hedge Fund Accounts for effective conversations.
Initiate contact with targeted prospects via emails, cold calls, direct mail, and social touchpoints.
Achieve or exceed targets for sales qualified leads and hand off to Sales for revenue growth.
Continuously learn CWAN products, competitors, and industry trends.
Provide relevant resources to prospects to educate early in the buying process.
Build relationships to identify needs and qualify interest and viability for sales.
