Job summary

Horizontal Talent seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to shape and stabilize a large-scale enterprise scheduling environment. You will drive rebuilds of dependencies, governance, and adoption across cross-functional teams to deliver complex launch programs.

You will assess Asana structures, redesign templates, rebuild dependencies, enable automation, create training materials, and lead adoption through sessions and office hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Asana in a large enterprise.
• Ability to manage integrated schedules, dependencies, and milestones.
• Experience redesigning workflows, templates, and processes.
• Translate business needs into practical system improvements.
• Strong training, documentation, and change-management skills.
• Experience building adoption plans and training users.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple teams.
• Attention to governance, structure, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize the Asana workspace for enterprise use.
• Redesign and standardize schedule templates for consistency.
• Rebuild task dependencies and critical-path logic across workstreams.
• Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and risks.
• Implement automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with source-system owners to reduce duplicate data entry.
• Create training materials, docs, and quick-reference resources.
• Lead adoption through training sessions and office hours.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting views for leadership.
• Define and enforce naming conventions and governance standards.
