Job summary

Procon is seeking a Technology Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for enterprise technology implementations. You will coordinate across PMs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones stay on track and risks are mitigated.

The role requires 5+ years in scheduling/controls, strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. This is a remote-friendly position supporting national projects within the Technology Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project coordination supporting technology or enterprise system projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Experience supporting cloud-based software implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of CPM, schedule forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep milestones on track.
• Monitor progress, schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and potential impacts.
• Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, forecasting reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Support planning, execution, testing, deployment, training, and production implementation activities.
• Assist with resource planning, workload forecasting, and schedule optimization across multiple projects.
• Support software configuration, data migration, and integration from a scheduling perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business objectives and deliverables.
• Support cybersecurity compliance activities and project readiness milestones.
• Maintain schedule documentation and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in process improvement and develop scheduling standards and templates.
• Grow into broader PM, business process improvement, and leadership roles within Technology.
