Job summary

TIAG is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to drive a multi-year enterprise technology modernization program in Tumwater, WA. You will own the master integrated schedule, manage dependencies, baselines, and risk, and coordinate across multiple workstreams.

This hybrid role requires PMP and expert MS Project skills, strong leadership to mentor PMO staff, and the ability to translate dense schedules into actionable insights for executives, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex project or program schedule management.
• 5+ years managing schedules for large IT modernization or public-sector programs.
• 10+ years MS Project expert, baselines and critical path modeling.
• PMP certification in good standing.
• Experience designing IMS across matrixed environments.
• Coaching PMs and upskilling teams in scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a master, cloud-aligned MS Project schedule with CP and resource leveling.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation for schedule variances with leadership.
• Produce and distribute schedule deliverables for executive committees.
• Design and execute the Schedule Management Plan and reporting cadences.
• Coach PMO staff and workstream leads on scheduling best practices.
• Represent scheduling in governance briefings and align with enterprise platforms.
