You’ll play a key role in rebuilding dependencies, improving workflow efficiency, strengthening governance, and driving adoption across a complex launch program.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the current Asana workspace structure, including projects, templates, permissions, custom fields, workflows, and dependency logic.
  • Redesign and standardize schedule templates to improve consistency, usability, and visibility across active launch projects.
  • Rebuild task dependencies and critical path logic so schedule changes flow correctly across interconnected workstreams.
  • Support cross-project planning by identifying schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and milestone risks.
  • Implement automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
  • Partner with source system owners to connect tools and reduce duplicate data entry where possible.
  • Create training materials, documentation, and quick-reference resources for different user groups.
  • Lead adoption efforts through training sessions, office hours, and ongoing support.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting views to support leadership decision-making.
  • Help define and enforce naming conventions, governance standards, and project management best practices.

  • Experience redesigning workflows, templates, and operational processes for improved efficiency.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements.
  • Strong training, documentation, and change management skills.
  • Experience building adoption plans and supporting users with varying levels of technical familiarity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to governance, structure, and consistency.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting large, cross-functional launch or operations programs.
  • Familiarity with integrations involving Slack, Jira, Outlook, SharePoint, Confluence, or reporting tools.
  • Experience using automation, AI-enabled tools, or workflow optimization features within collaboration platforms.
  • Background in portfolio reporting, dashboard creation, or executive-level status reporting.
  • Experience supporting structured change management or train-the-trainer programs.
  • Comfort working in highly collaborative environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
