Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly organized Sr. Project Manager to support the Global Operations Center of Excellence Data & Analytics. This hands-on delivery role manages planning, coordination, reporting, and operational delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

You will own the intake process, maintain the master portfolio, lead weekly sessions, and translate technical work into concise business updates for leadership. Onsite in New York with ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience leading multiple initiatives
• Experience with RAID logs and RAG reporting, governance and exec reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a centralized intake process for all Data & Analytics initiatives
• Maintain one master portfolio in Asana with project ownership, scope, priorities, milestones, and due dates
• Lead weekly intake and prioritization sessions
• Own the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and decision logs
• Drive project execution by removing blockers before they impact delivery
• Hold project owners accountable for commitments and timelines
• Deliver weekly executive status reports using clear RAG reporting
• Maintain an accurate portfolio dashboard for executive leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Enterprise Solutions, and business stakeholders
• Translate technical work into concise business updates for leadership

• Approximately 20% domestic travel

Our client is seeking a highly organized Sr. Project Manager to support the Global Operations Center of Excellence Data & Analytics organization. This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for keeping a fast-moving portfolio of initiatives organized, prioritized, visible, and on track.

This is not a strategy consulting or ERP implementation role. The technical teams own the execution. You own the planning, coordination, reporting, accountability, and operational delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Strong experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project also considered
• Demonstrated expertise with RAID logs, RAG reporting, governance, and executive reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
• Comfortable supporting Data & Analytics organizations and technical teams
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Executive-level communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
• Media and entertainment experience is a plus
