DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Scheduling Lead to develop and optimize complex project schedules across multiple programs. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with enterprise priorities and long-range resource planning.

Responsibilities include forecasting risks, guiding schedule integrity, and driving continuous improvement in planning practices. A PMP/PSP is preferred; 6–8 years of scheduling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field.
• PMI PMP or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops & maintains comprehensive project schedules for complex, multi-phase initiatives.
• Collaborates with project teams and external partners to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Analyzes project data to forecast risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Communicates schedule status and impacts to executive leadership with strategic insight.
• Ensures scheduling standards, methodologies, and documentation are followed.
• Leads post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Supports MAP and pull planning sessions and SIP inputs; documents planning approach.
