Ashby, a leading AI-enabled recruiting platform, seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader in North America to own revenue outcomes and scale a high-caliber Enterprise AE team. You’ll partner with senior AEs to win large opportunities and navigate complex, multi-product replacements.

You will report to the Head of AMER Sales and drive go-to-market strategy, with equity and commissions shaping your total rewards in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS Enterprise Account Executives.
• Track record selling multi-million dollar deals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Own revenue outcomes for the NA Enterprise segment.
