ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts to grow new market share for ADP's cloud-based HR solutions within large organizations (1,000+ employees) across a defined territory. You will build and manage client relationships, develop annual plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience.
• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. You will work independently and collaboratively with teams in your geography to meet revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan and pipeline with Account Plans and prospective client reports.
• Market - Conduct Market Research. Identify prospects, use sales automation tools, and plan market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, partnering with US and Global Enterprise Accounts teams.
