You will work both independently and with teams to develop plans, grow a robust pipeline, and partner with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams for opportunities. ADP emphasizes training, balance, and a collaborative culture while offering strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global enterprise sales experience.
• Knowledge of HCM solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within assigned geography and meet/exceed targets.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with defined sales goals.
