Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead a new enterprise sales team focused on the largest accounting firms in the country, driving IAS Enterprise and Intuit AI Tools adoption to boost partner productivity.

You will hire, ramp, and develop Enterprise Account Executives, own territory design and pipeline, and coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Channel to scale the Forward Deploy model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in SaaS, fintech, or professional services software.
• 2+ years of people leadership hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise sellers.
• Ability to build team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start.
• Strong deal management and forecasting discipline at the team level.
• Executive presence to engage with managing partners and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, and executive engagement.
• Design territory, segmentation, and pipeline measures; track signals.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals and provide executive sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Channel to scale the Forward Deploy model.
• Report pipeline health and align resources for top opportunities.
