Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales in the U.S. to build and lead the Enterprise sales team targeting the largest accounting firms.

You will hire, ramp, and develop a team that closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals using IAS Enterprise and AI tools including Agent Studio. You will own team quota, forecast, territory design, and pipeline health, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Channel to scale a Forward Deploy co-build model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS/fintech or professional services software sales with a track record of multi-stakeholder deals.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise sellers to quota attainment.
• Demonstrated ability to build a team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives with a repeatable hiring bar.
• Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, and executive engagement; field presence required.
• Own team quota for net new IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue and manage pipeline health.
• Design territory and account segmentation; track signals and coach timely engagement.
• Lead full sales cycles end-to-end and act as executive sponsor on top deals.
