Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead the enterprise sales team focused on the largest US accounting firms.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS or fintech sales experience with multi-stakeholder deals.
2+ years of people leadership hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise sellers.
Ability to build a team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start.
Executive presence to engage managing partners, CTOs, and C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives and set a repeatable hiring bar.
Own team quota for IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue; manage pipeline growth quarterly.
