Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead the enterprise sales team focused on the largest accounting firms in the country.

You will hire, ramp, and develop a group of Enterprise Account Executives who own complex, multi-stakeholder deals and drive net new IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Channel to scale the Forward Deploy co-build model, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales with multi-stakeholder deals.
• 2+ years of people leadership hiring and coaching to quota attainment.
• Proven ability to build teams, pipelines, and operating rhythms from a standing start.
• Strong executive engagement with managing partners, CTOs, and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and ramp Enterprise Account Executives with scalable onboarding.
• Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
• Own territory design, pipeline health, and quarterly quota attainment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Leadership.
• Drive post-close activation of IAS and Intuit Intelligence across accounts.
