Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead a new Enterprise sales team focused on the largest accounting firms in the country.

You will hire, ramp, and develop Enterprise Account Executives who own complex, multi-stakeholder deals, driving net-new IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue. You will design territory, forecast, and coaching rhythms, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Channel to scale the Forward Deploy model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• 2+ years people leadership experience hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise sellers.
• Ability to build a team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start.
• Strong executive presence and communication with managing partners, CTOs, and C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives with a repeatable hiring bar.
• Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, and executive engagement; field coaching and deal reviews.
• Own territory design, pipeline health, and forecast across the team; report to senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles with high-stakes, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Drive activation of IAS and Intuit Intelligence post-close; identify expansion opportunities.
