Job summary

Paychex is transforming how businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services through a connected HCM platform. This enterprise sales role focuses on building a pipeline, running disciplined sales cycles, and closing high-impact deals.

You will engage with organizations of 100+ employees, selling a full One Paychex portfolio in a structured, team-supported environment with defined territories and go-to-market plays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability, resilience, and ownership of results.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business within defined territories (100–5,000+ employees).
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build solution bundles across the One Paychex portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem (700+ broker relationships).
• Own pipeline with forecasting and disciplined front-end prospecting.
