This role emphasizes quota attainment, complex stakeholder management, and C-level engagement to grow a scalable pipeline within a defined territory, backed by a competitive compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional sales experience with a proven quota record.
• 5+ years in the HCM industry demonstrating domain knowledge.
• Experience engaging executive-level buyers and multi-stakeholder teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; HS diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build value bundles across Paychex One portfolio and accelerators.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel partners.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and disciplined front-end prospecting.
