Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business within defined territories across 100–5,000+ employees. You’ll manage end-to-end cycles from prospecting to closing, building high-value bundles across the Paychex portfolio.

You’ll work with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker ecosystem, forecasting accurately, and developing Centers of Influence. This is a high-ambition role with unlimited earning potential and a platform that supports growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in the HCM industry.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demos, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker networks.
• Own your pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal control.
