Job summary

Paychex is seeking an accomplished enterprise sales professional to drive new business from 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build value-based bundles, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a wide broker network to accelerate growth.

You will engage economic buyers at the C-level, qualify opportunities, and own a robust pipeline. This role offers uncapped commissions and strong career development within One Paychex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo and close.
• Build solution bundles across the Paycor/Paychex portfolio.
• Partner with engineers, RevOps, and broker networks in a team-sales model.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
