Fidium Fiber is expanding its sales team in California, seeking executives who can engage C-level prospects through direct face-to-face outreach in the local metro area. You will articulate product value, pre-qualify opportunities, and manage activities in the CRM while adhering to defined sales processes and quotas.

The role emphasizes sharp communication, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel support consistent field engagement;

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging business owners or C-level executives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and highly driven.
• License required: Valid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with business owners and C-Levels in the local metro via direct face-to-face contact.
• Articulate Fidium's products to prospects and pre-qualify opportunities.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow sales process and meet quotas defined by the Sales Manager.
• Be prompt to prospect meetings and company meetings.
