Job summary

Assembled is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to help us scale our AI-powered support platform. You’ll work with account executives to translate complex customer needs into compelling technical solutions using APIs, AWS, and integrations.

Based in the US (SF or NYC preferred), you’ll own technical evaluations, POCs, security questionnaires, and RFP responses, collaborating across product, engineering, and sales in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar in SaaS.
• Strong technical background with APIs, cloud services (AWS), integrations, and web technologies.
• Ability to thrive independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record of closing complex technical deals and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities from discovery to closure with AEs.
• Design and run technical evaluations, POCs, and demos.
• Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Become an expert in workforce management and support operations.
• Build internal tools, scalable demos, and enablement resources.
• Meet ambitious quarterly targets in a high-growth environment.
