Job summary

Sierra is a leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, with offices in San Francisco and growing teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. We’re seeking a customer-facing technical specialist to learn our platform, run Discovery calls, support proofs of concept, and educate customers on APIs and integrations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, assist in RFPs, and act as a bridge to Product, translating feedback into actionable input and driving beta enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of cloud software, APIs/integrations, or networking/automation.
• Comfort with CRM tools and standard productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Learn Sierra’s platform and how AI agents transform customer experiences.
• Participate in discovery calls and deliver standard product demos for the sales team.
• Support proofs of concept and keep demo environments current.
• Educate customers on Sierra’s APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; build/test scripts as needed.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and create sales collateral.
• Partner with Sales to advocate for customers in internal discussions; keep records accurate.
• Bridge between Sales and Product to translate feedback and enroll customers in beta programs.
• Grow your craft through training and mentorship from senior Sales Engineers.
