Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Account Associate in San Francisco to support enterprise sales of the OpenAI platform, including ChatGPT Enterprise and APIs. You will collaborate with Account Directors to qualify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and progress pilots toward deployments in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of enterprise sales experience, a proactive outbound approach, and comfort with AI products.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling into large, regulated or complex accounts is a plus.
• Ability to map stakeholders and drive multi-threaded deals from discovery to close.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, stakeholder engagement, and deal progression.
• Lead discovery and targeted outbound outreach to qualify enterprise opportunities.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to scale prospecting and qualification.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews with insights and signals.
