OneStream seeks a Director of Sales to coordinate and drive all activities for selling our products and services in the designated region. You will lead the sales team, hire and mentor Account Managers, and ensure forecasts and plans align with quarterly results and quotas.

You will analyze markets, develop strategies, and build long-term client relationships with C-level executives, while collaborating across departments to achieve revenue goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a sales manager or in a related B2B/Enterprise role.
• Consultative sales with C-level customers on cloud-based solutions.
• Customer service experience in meeting product/service standards.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Set the plan for named account territory.
• Hire and develop Account Managers.
• Forecast the team’s revenue with timely, accurate forecasts.
• Develop and adhere to business plans to achieve the vision.
• Forecasts and tracks sales of Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Craft pricing and terms analysis based on market needs.
• Grow enterprise named accounts and nurture relationships.
• Lead proposals in response to RFQ/RFPs.
• Share product and industry knowledge across the organization.
• Partner with other departments to reach collective goals.
