Job summary

3stepIT is seeking a Business Development Representative to build our enterprise sales pipeline across North America. You’ll execute structured outbound campaigns and connect with IT, security, and finance executives involved in hardware refreshes, ITAD, and data compliance.

This remote role supports our North American leadership and accelerates growth. You will work with senior coaches, leverage tried-and-true messaging frameworks, and advance from outbound prospecting to ongoing account

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development, sales development, lead gen, or customer-facing roles.
• KPI-driven environment with measurable activity targets.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise ITAD, data security, and hardware lifecycle prospects.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns and daily outreach.
• Qualify inbound responses and elevate opportunities to leadership.
• Build relationships and generate qualified meetings for the commercial team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline updates.
• Contribute to campaign performance improvements.
