Job summary

Refold AI is seeking a full-time Enterprise Sales Development Representative to identify new leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and support the sales team through the business development process. Based in our San Francisco office.

You will hunt for prospects, manage a clean CRM pipeline, and collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging. Prior SaaS or tech startup experience is a plus, and a founder mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, or business development, preferably in tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Founder mindset — you're here for a reason and ready to take risks for something unknown.
• Prior experience in SaaS or tech startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for and connect with potential clients through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Own a clean, well-organized prospect pipeline within the CRM.
• Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach plays.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently hit (and ideally beat) monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, meetings, and pipeline generated.
