Job summary

Paycom is seeking a high-velocity sales professional to drive our market expansion. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deals, with no handoffs, and you will engage C-suite decision-makers to show how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.

Expect fast-paced, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS selling. This role offers top earning potential with an uncapped commission plan and a starting package of $100,000 per year ($80,000 base plus $20,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (business or professional selling preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.

• Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
