Paycom is a publicly traded HR and payroll technology leader based in the United States. This Account Executive role is designed for high-energy sales professionals who will own the territory from Day 1, prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment.

We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions and a proven ramp to six-figure earnings. Expect travel to client sites and a competitive sales incentives program with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
• Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy; training provided; bring drive to win.
• Travel required—including overnight travel.
