Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a geographically aligned team of Commercial Sales Representatives, focusing on talent attraction, growth, and consistent over-achievement in new logo and account expansion. You will influence the GTM playbook, drive forecasting, and partner with Channel.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into IT, Security, and/or Operations personas.
• 7+ years of enterprise/commercial SaaS sales.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.
• 3+ years leading quota-carrying field sellers in a regional or segment leadership role.
• Proven track record of hitting ARR and new logo targets.
• Ability to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 Commercial Sales Representatives.
• Own the Commercial sales strategy and execution for assigned sub-region.
• Run an accurate weekly forecast with upside, commit, and risk views.
• Collaborate with Channel to activate partners for Commercial accounts.
• Contribute to forecasting, territory design, and annual planning.
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
