• Help drive renewal performance and business outcomes, while monitoring renewal pipeline, retention, attrition, and expansion performance.
• Lead cross-functional execution and partner with Sales, Renewals, Customer Experience, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to resolve issues and align teams on priorities.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, standardizing repeatable processes, and implementing automation and digital tools.
• Support business planning and reporting by developing and maintaining business reviews, performance reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.
