Job summary

Itron is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to lead the technical workstreams for enterprise SaaS deployments. You will own the technical configuration, SSO setup, data migration, and integration validation to bring customers live.

This remote role with up to 25% travel partners with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure deployments and repeatable success patterns across utilities and energy customers.

Qualifications

2+ years in solutions/implementation consulting or technical deployment roles in enterprise SaaS.
Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software deployments.
Hands-on experience with SSO technologies such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and data migration or import processes.
Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable technical configurations.
Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, integrations, and environment setup.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customer IT teams, internal Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to build credibility and trust.

Responsibilities

Own technical implementation workstreams from kickoff to go-live and ensure delivery quality.
Lead discovery of customer environments, identity systems, integrations, data sources, and deployment requirements.
Translate requirements into scalable technical configurations and deployment plans.
Define design decisions aligned with platform standards for maintainability.
Configure SSO, data migrations, and environment setups with enterprise security in mind.
Design repeatable integration patterns and tools to accelerate future deployments.
Coordinate with Support and Engineering on complex requirements and product gaps.
