Job summary

Bluecrux in Millburn, NJ is seeking an Implementation Consultant, Enterprise SaaS, to lead client-focused SaaS deployments in QA labs and CGT facilities. You will manage workshops, translate business needs into Binocs configurations, and guide customers from onboarding to production adoption.

The role demands strong consulting and communication skills, 2–5 years SaaS deployment experience, and willingness to travel globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a relevant field such as bioengineering, business engineering, or similar.
• 2–5 years of SaaS implementations, management consulting, or related field; hands-on configuration/deployment experience.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct customer workshops to uncover current setup, value expectations, and current processes.
• Translate business challenges into Binocs configurations with internal teams; ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Collaborate with Solution Team to brainstorm and implement Binocs designs; perform hands-on configuration and testing.
• Provide training and change management to enable customer adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Travel as needed to manage up to two active projects and support customer success post-implementation.
