Job summary

Bluecrux, based in Millburn, NJ, seeks an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for Binocs. You will guide workshops, configure solutions, and ensure successful adoption across client teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will leverage consulting experience, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while traveling as needed to support global customers.

Qualifications

Lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
5–10 years of experience in SaaS implementations or management consulting.
Strong data analysis and dashboard troubleshooting capabilities.
Familiarity with ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects with milestones on time and within budget.
Prepare and lead customer workshops to uncover current set-up and value expectations.
Translate business challenges into Binocs configurations with cross-functional teams.
Conduct workshops to align diverse teams on project objectives and priorities.
Collaborate with Solution Team to design and implement Binocs configurations.
Perform hands-on configuration and testing to ensure high-quality deployments.
Lead onboarding and adoption processes, providing training for self-sufficient teams.
Gather feedback to improve implementations and contribute to product innovation.
