DTN is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to deploy enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers. This role bridges technical implementation and business value, helping customers achieve rapid adoption and long-term success with DTN solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, customer engagement, and project management skills to deliver onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and training experiences across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience with configuration, integration, testing, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business requirements and workflows.
• Translate requirements into implementation designs and configuration plans.
• Configure platforms to support use cases, data mappings, and integrations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to validate implementations.
• Lead customer meetings and manage implementation progress.
• Document decisions, best practices, and training materials.
