Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Solution Architect for its Binocs SaaS platform, focusing on designing scalable, end-to-end solutions aligned with customer processes and product capabilities.

You will work with customers, consultants, and product teams to translate operational needs into practical configurations, while contributing to product evolution and implementation standards. Global travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on experience implementing complex SaaS systems.
• Strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguity; balance customer needs with scalability.
• End-to-end solution ownership from requirements to quality review.
• Technical confidence in SaaS platforms; SQL a plus.
• Business process & functional analysis expertise.
• End-user mindset focused on usability and adoption.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with product understanding.
• Clear, effective communication to clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Business process & solution design: Understand workflows and design Binocs solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Expert problem-solving and solution design: Translate challenges into practical, scalable solutions with business value.
• Functional & technical solution alignment: Map processes to design configurations balancing usability and product capabilities.
• Consultant support & escalation handling: Guide consultants and manage escalations on complex scenarios.
• Communication & documentation: Engage stakeholders, explain choices, and document reusable approaches.
