Qualifications

• Commercial experience in SaaS implementation or related role
• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.5+ or international equivalent
• Excellent communication with enterprise customers
• Strong project management across multiple implementations
• Ability to learn complex software quickly
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from discovery through to successful adoption
• Translate customer requirements into scalable software configurations
• Manage implementation plans, timelines, priorities and delivery risks
• Deliver customer training and advise on platform functionality and best practice
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support and other internal teams
• Lead complex strategic implementations for more experienced hires
